Information on the Car Tint Warranty

  • $50 cash back on workmanship is for a leak that can be found by using compressed air.
  • $85 repair voucher cannot be used as a discount on other services.
  • Damage due to collision, intentional acts, fraud and acts of God are not covered under this warranty
  • All warranty work must be carried out in the workshop no mobile service. Mobile service available with a service fee.
  • Original invoice must be presented and be stamped as a TRIPLE SAFE WARRANTY

Information on the Car Tint Warranty

The Ultra Solar films are non transferable.

Ultra Solar films are covered by a full comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty. This warrants professionally sold and installed automotive window films against cracking, crazing, demetalization, bubbling, peeling or delamination from the date of original purchase, when properly installed. If the film fails to comply with this warranty the manufacturer will replace such quantity of film proved defective (including labour).

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, there are no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose of merchantability applicable to the film. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover improper installation.

In no event shall the manufacturer be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, except as expressly set forth herein. This limited warranty is made in lieu of all warranties, express or implied, and is void if the product has been subject to abuse or improper care. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have rights which may vary state to state.

Warranty Information on Lifetime Repair Warranty

  • This Lifetime Warranty is yours for as long as you own the car. It is not transferable
  • There is no time limit to this guarantee.
  • The original invoice must be presented for warranty work to proceed.
  • We are also unable to extend our Lifetime Guarantee where there is existing rust or corrosion in the glass aperture.
  • Any trade customers offering the Lifetime Guarantee to their customers, must be prepared to handle those claims directly.
Replacement Only
  • The Lifetime Guarantee does not extend to cover defects of damage arising from impact, misuse, negligence or environmentally induced deterioration and does not extend to consequential damage.
  • If your vehicle has a rubber installation and we recommend the rubber or moulding should be replaced, but you ask us to reuse existing parts we are unable to guarantee this installation
  • Where air bags are fitted, drive away times must be observed.
Repair Only
  • If it cracks any further we repair it for FREE.
  • If in the unlikely event it cracks to the point we can’t repair it, we’ll deduct not the original price but $100 from a new windscreen that we supply and fit to your vehicle!
